How We Rate Cold Tubs
The My Fitness System team will use the below criteria to rate & review all cold tubs.
Quality & Installation
Our team is looking for a cold tub constructed with quality & ease of installation in mind. We will rate the quality & installation of the tub from 1 to 5 stars. The product should be built for long-term use with durable and reliable materials. The product shall be fabricated in a manner that will not easily fall apart from normal use. The tub shall be reasonably easy to install and set up for use.
Temperature
The cold tub should be capable of creating a low enough temperature to sustain the benefits of cold therapy. The tub should be able to maintain the low service temperature for a significant amount of time. We will rate the temperature capability of the tub from 1 to 5 stars.
Price
How expensive is the cold tub compared to other competitors of similar quality and function? Our team will perform a competitive analysis of other cold tubs on the market to determine if the product is priced fairly for the functionality it provides. We will rate the product pricing from 1 to 5 stars.
Looks & Comfort
Our team will rate the aesthetic & comfort of the cold tub from 1 to 5 stars. Although looks are not the most critical aspect, this product will be placed in the consumer’s house and should not be an eyesore. The tub should also be able to hold a substantial amount of water, enough to fit at least one averaged sized adult comfortably.
